Leo is the leader of the Turtles and was many a kids favourite. He came with two of his Katanas, a pesky belt with shoulder straps that like to break as well as the standard Turtles weapons set and weapons rack. The racks were often thrown out, people not knowing what they were and the throwing stars were always lost so both can be harder to find.

Like most of the 1988 figures, Leo was originally released with a soft head version. For the super keen among you, the soft head version had three different manufacturer labels on the back. Made in Macau, Made in China and a version with a blank location. Of these, the Macau version is said to be the first to be released. Subsequent releases were all the hard head version and are much more common, all dated 1988.
